Firstly, they pay a once off licence and onboarding fee.
We calculate the usage fee based on the number of current students (not enrolments). We define current students as the students who are currently actively enrolled in the college, and we do not charge for any legacy students or data.

Our charges are easy to understand so that you can work out the costs for your college in a predictable, simple manner. You will not get a surprise bill (or a flurry of hidden charges like some of our competitors) ever!
Any charges for extra or special services like Virtual Assistants (to help with old data clean up or import) or Custom Development (for special once-off development for your college specifically) are all discussed with you prior to charging. We agree on any such charges before we begin or bill you.

Online Terms of Use: To ensure compliance, please read and review our online terms of use available on our website. We will communicate any changes to these terms to you at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.
GST: Rest assured, all fees and charges are inclusive of GST for your convenience.
Contract Term: There’s no minimum term or contractual obligation to worry about – Once you pay the registration fee, you’ll enjoy lifetime access to TEAMS. Access the software anytime by paying your monthly usage charges.
Payment Terms: Simplify your billing with our flexible payment options. Pay in advance on a quarterly basis (for up to 600 current students) or a monthly basis (for 601 or more current students) for the monthly charges. We accept bank cheques and electronic funds transfers as payment methods.
Late Fees: To ensure a hassle-free experience, please ensure timely payment of usage fees. Any delay will incur a late fee of $95 after 21 days. Further delays may result in the suspension of the TEAMS site. To restore services, a reinstatement fee of $295 will be charged upon request.
Our Current Usage Plan: Our plan is designed to meet your unique needs! To access our wide range of services, a monthly subscription fee is required based on your subscription type.
